Data are stored for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry. Further retention takes place only where required by law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Data are disclosed to third parties only where necessary to deal with your enquiry, where required by law or where another legal basis permits such disclosure.
5. Email communication using Microsoft 365
We use Microsoft 365 for our business email communication.
In providing the service, personal data may be processed by companies within the Microsoft group. Microsoft processes customer data in accordance with its contractual data protection provisions and Data Processing Addendum.
Microsoft 365 customers registered in the EU or EEA are generally covered by the Microsoft EU Data Boundary. Where transfers outside the European Economic Area are required, they are carried out using appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose of the relevant communication and corresponds to the legal bases described in section 4 above.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies where required for the secure and proper operation of the website.
Under § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, technically necessary cookies may be used without prior consent where they are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.
Non-essential cookies, in particular cookies used for analytics, performance or marketing purposes, are used only after prior consent.
We do not use additional external analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
Squarespace may provide analytics and performance cookie functionality as part of its platform. Where such non-essential cookies are enabled, they are used only after the relevant consent has been obtained.
Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time with effect for the future through the website's cookie settings.
7. Hosting and website platform – Squarespace
This website is operated and hosted using Squarespace.
In connection with the operation of the website, Squarespace processes technical access information and other data required for the provision and security of the website.
Where Squarespace processes personal data on our behalf, such processing is governed by a data processing arrangement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and the Squarespace Data Processing Addendum.
Data may also be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.
Squarespace, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where this framework does not apply to a particular transfer, the Squarespace Data Processing Addendum provides, in particular, for the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR as an appropriate safeguard.

8. No personalised advertising or profiling
We do not use personalised advertising or our own tracking mechanisms on this website to create personal user profiles.
We do not carry out solely automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
9. Retention periods
Personal data are generally retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose of processing.
Data may be retained for a longer period where required by statutory retention or documentation obligations or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where data are processed by service providers used by us, their contractual and legally permissible retention periods also apply.
